Condition for becoming a VIP member
Follow the official WeChat account of East Sea Colorful World and register there as an electronic member, you will become a member and a WeChat membership card will be generated immediately.
Detailed rules for application
After a WeChat membership card is generated, the member can complete its information, which includes its name, date of birth, sex and mobile phone number. The system generates a verification code automatically. After verification, submit it to the system.
After you become a WeChat member of East Sea Colorful World, if you cancel following its official WeChat account, your membership information will be kept, and your membership will recovered for use after you follow it again;
The WeChat membership qualification in East Sea Colorful World is tied to your WeChat account number. If your WeChat account number is suspended for use and a new WeChat number is used, you need to follow it and acquire the membership qualification again, and the original membership information and rights and interests for the accumulated points cannot be shifted;
The WeChat membership qualification in East Sea Colorful World is valid on a long-term basis, and the accumulated points and rights and interests in it is valid on a long-term basis.

Consumption points
Merchant points and point redemption in the shopping plaza are available.
Preferential discount in shops
Exclusive preferential discounts are available for membership customers in designated shops.
Triple consumption points for birthday
Triple points are available at the service desk for the member consuming on his/her birthday with his/her membership card and identity card.
Gift exchange
Gift exchange with accumulated points is conducted in East Sea Colorful World on a monthly basis. Gifts are set according to accumulated points of the members in the month. Quantity of gifts is limited, the activity will be stopped after gift exchange of the month is completed, and remaining gifts of the month will be turned to the next month for use.
Free parking
1 hour’s car parking can be exchanged with accumulated points of members, but aggregated times of exchange a day shall not be more than 2 times.
Information on events
The information on latest events in the shopping plaza is available via WeChat and SMS free of charge.
Other services
Various services of convenience such as WIFI, paper diaper, wheelchair and mobile charging are available on the site.
Special offer for members
Accumulated points of members are available while consuming in East Sea Colorful World by showing WeChat membership card, QR code and reporting mobile phone number for registration;
For membership customers, special offers are available in the designated shops.
Accumulated point inquiry
Standard for point accumulation
One point is counted for consuming 10 yuan in any shop in East Sea Colorful World, and points as bonus can be acquired by signing for arrival with WeChat account, forwarding and taking part in games.
Notes for point accumulation
Specific point accumulation is subject to the standard publicized on the site, and part of special categories or brands do not participate in point accumulation.
Amount for accumulated points is subject to the amount of each individual voucher, and it is not calculated on an accumulation basis. The amount needed for less than1 point is not accumulated and counted.
For merchants using a POS machine uniformly, when a customer consumes, he/she needs only to show his/her WeChat membership card or report his/her mobile phone number for registering his/her WeChat account to enjoy corresponding preferential treatment and point accumulation.
For merchants not using a POS machine uniformly, after a customer consumes, he/she can accumulate his/her points at the service desk afterwards with his/her consumption slip.
The consumption slip is only valid on the day, and point accumulation will be deemed as having been given up automatically exceeding the time. The points for consumption slip after 21:00PM of the day can be added on the next day, and it will not be handled any longer exceeding the time.
Corresponding accumulated points shall be deducted for commodity replacement or refund. If the accumulated points are used, the gift exchanged with accumulated points shall be returned, or offset with cash accordingly.
Accumulated point does not have cash value. 10% of yearly marketing cost is used for procurement of gifts for exchange with accumulated points of members.
